RE: Alignment of management position
The Board of Governance of Fountain of Excellency College wish to inform all stakeholders that it has aligned it’s management positions in line with the Higher Education Authority Standards and Regulatory Framework on College Principle Officers.
Before now, the College has been operating with 7 Principle officers ( Principal, Vice Principal, Registrar, Dean of Academic Affairs, Dean of Student Affairs, Librarian and Finance Officer), however, from now henceforth, the College will now be operating with Six (06) Principle Officers ( Principal, Vice Principal, Registrar, Dean of Students Affairs, Librarian and Finance Officer).
As a consequence of the alignment, we are proud to inform our stakeholders that Mr. Phiri Moses now moves to the position of Registrar with effect from Monday, 29th June, 2026. Thus, all queries concerning the office of the Registrar should be channeled and directed to Mr. Phiri Moses – 0968 – 537206.
Finally, the Board of Governance of Fountain of Excellency College extends it’s gratitude to Mrs. Mwansa Christabel who was until now serving as Registrar for her professionalism and dedication towards work. We wish her the very best in all her endeavours.
